This is how I start my day about four days a week. I put wheat berries into my grain mill and hook it up to my reliable kitchen aid and mill. Then I make bread.
And It is wonderful
freshly milled grains, healthy cooking, yummy desserts, green living, feeding kids, life as a crunchy con mommy and navy wife

Do you use a breadmaker? I just got one and it's SOOOOOO much easier. And it tastes better, which I suppose is a problem with my breadmaking skills. =)
Hi Erin, I just wanted to say how much I really like your blog!! Great info, so far.
What kind of grain mill do you use? I've been looking at getting one and have a local source to buy grain. So far I've been mostly making blender breads (Sue Gregg) and Manna bread, but those are getting a little old.
